Although we are 3 to 5 years away from our first harvest, we are proud to showcase a curated selection of the finest extra virgin olive oils from around the world—available under our Olive Land Farms brand as well as featuring exceptional oils from other world-class producers.

Guided Tasting Experience
Tasting Order (Updated): Arbequina → Picual → Coupage
1. Observe the Color – Note hue, clarity, and body
2. Smell the Aroma – Swirl, inhale deeply
3. Taste on the Tongue – Let the oil coat the mouth and note the progression
4. Cleanse & Reflect – Use apple slices or sparkling water between oils

EVOO 1: 100% Arbequina
Profile:
- Aroma: Ripe banana, almond, and apple
- Taste: Smooth and mild with sweet fruitiness
- Finish: Gentle, clean, and buttery
Pairing Suggestions: Burrata, delicate white fish, vanilla ice cream, or breakfast toast


EVOO 2: 100% Picual
Profile:
- Aroma: Fresh-cut grass, tomato vine, green olive
- Taste: Bold and structured with pronounced bitterness and spice

EVOO 3: 50% Arbequina / 50% Picual – The Coupage
